The Sun-Gazette report states the lawsuit should have been settled days after it was filed against the owners of a residential care center. The lawsuit was filed by the couple’s daughter and she was seeking over $25,000 in damages. The woman argued that her father was bedridden due to an amputation on his right leg. According to the lawsuit the woman filed, the elderly man developed several ulcers including one on his leg that left a hole all the way down to the bone.
